Yesterday, I was fortunate to attend a cooking demonstration by none other than Chef Martin Yan, world-famous for his slicing skills as Yan Can Cook. More photos soon - I hope. He's not the most famous person I've met, but he is the most famous celebrity I have a photo with! And remember, "If Yan can cook, so can you!"
