Last night, I had the good fortune of joining other family, friends, and enthusiasts of Ko Aloha Ukulele (@koalohauke) at Luana Hills Country Club. We'll probably read more about it on NonStop Honolulu in a post written by @melissa808. She already covered some of their story.
You can see some of what I saw. Of course, I had to feature the food - which was plentiful, delicious, and perfectly prepared by @wedgelee and the staff of @onotogo.
The real draw was the unveiling of a documentary film by Gary San Angel about the Ko Aloha Story, their family, their personalities, and all they had to overcome to make it the success it is today. There were a lot of touching moments as Ko Aloha and the Okamis shared their story and their aloha with all of us in the room and across the globe online. They definitely deserve the devoted friends and customers they have.
