What's wrong with this photo?

Hint #1: This is my refrigerator at work.
 
Hint #2: Look at the top shelf.
 
Still can't get it? Besides the fact that it's overflowing, there are 4 ice trays in the fridge. I think one of my co-workers might be going senile.
 
Next step: Figure out who it is who did this. Another note, this was done several times this week. And there was a lot of room in the freezer each time. So we don't know what's going on here.
